bunnies

I think my bunnies think this is the desert or something. Or a safe space. They certainly like to hang out there. So for them, it’s like a bunny wormhole, right?

I like seeing them there. It’s like having pets you don’t have to feed or scoop for. I like watching them frolic in the yard (in my mind I hear Walt Disney type music and they are frolicking, not frolicking. Though they are probably frolicking. haha)

Do think bunnies can have a wormhole? I know I don’t see where they go. They are just there. And then they aren’t.

I love comments so much that I pick a favorite to receive my monthly AnaBanana gift basket ($25 value).  (And don’t forget that once a quarter I’ll be tossing in something fun from the Perilously Fun Shop!) Recipient is announced the first blog post of the new month.

Perilously yours,

Pauline

In my NJ home we had groundhogs randomly show up, and we know they built their own wormholes. Wonder if the bunnies (which we had plenty of too) used the groundhog wormholes?

Oh that is too funny! I wonder if they do share holes? I know Bugs Bunny had a hole he dived into, so it must be so, right? lol

You have rabbits; I have ‘flabbits’. They can bounce away pretty fast, but they wobble real funny.

Have you ever seen them do a mating jump? I was watching them outside the window at my dad’s house once, when this one bunny jumped WAAAAAY HIGH, straight up, like four or five feet! I couldn’t believe my eyes. So I watched them some more, and he did it again! Ended up doing it about four times, IIRC.

I asked Dad, who said it’s part of their mating ritual. They have to prove to the lady bunnies that they’re hot stuff, I guess!

That is hilarious! Our bunnies do, um, frolic a bit but have not observed jumping behavior. Maybe they got a room? lol
