As we begin that slow (or fast) slide into the holiday zone, getting things done can feel as iffy as herding cats. My son showed me this video of herding cats and well…

You have to admit that’s pretty dang hilarious. Hopefully it will put a smile on your face while you’re herding your holiday cats. 🙂

And now for the link portion of this post:

How to fry a turkey by the BBQ Guys. I had never had fried turkey until we moved to New Orleans, but it’s pretty yummy. If you want to do it, hopefully this video will help you make it happen.

This is our favorite place to buy a Turducken. You can NOT imagine how great this will make your house smell, or how yum for your tongue.

And here’s a Thanksgiving song by one of my favorites, Mary Chapin Carpenter.

Over the holidays, in addition to what I hope will be lots of fun, family time, I’ll be working on my new novel. I’m taking a turn back into romantic suspense for a little while. So I’m a little excited and a little nervous. The holidays should also see the release of one or more of my backlist in audio! So I’m excited about that. For info about my books, visit my website or the landing page of this blog. 🙂

As usual, all comments will be entered in my monthly drawing for a $10 AnaBanana gift card of thankful yumminess. Winner announced in first blog post of the new month!

Love the guy using the lint roller. How did they get all those cats out there??? I assume this was digital wizardry–but it looked awfully real.

I loved the lint roller, too! Loved all the little details that showed whoever made it knew cats and wrangling. LOL! I did wonder that as well, because cats don’t herd that well. LOLOL!

Truly thinking outside the box advertising. Wish more advertising was as entertaining. The Rent-a-Cat place must have been busy filling this order…LOL

I know! It’s rather terrifying to think of what was involved. I don’t know how they got the cats into the water either. Oh my!

Now there’s a job I would NOT want. Herding crickets is hard enough! Thanks for the chuckle!

I know! It totally cracked me up, because I have had cats and seen cattle drives. LOLOL!
