Passage

Usually, when I’m writing my “Wishing for a Wormhole Friday” blog post, I have to use a symbolic photo to represent said wormhole, but today I have an ACTUAL WORMHOLE.

Okay, maybe it’s not a real wormhole, but it LOOKS like a wormhole! The hubs delivered some wormhole awesome for me, cuz he loves me. Isn’t that just too sweet?

So look into the wormhole, relax…and think about where you’d like a book to take you this weekend. Or it could be a movie. Or your favorite game. Or your car, though not sure I’d like to go through that in a car. Your mileage may vary.

Share your destination here! Cuz comments are both welcome and entered into my drawing for an AnaBanana gift basket ($25 value). I announce a winner the first blog post of the new month.

In the past, when schedules meshed just right and my wife and I identified a window of opportunity to get away for a vacation, we had no trouble thinking of places to go and things to do. But since moving to our place in the mountains, when these windows (or worm holes) open up we tend to find ourselves at a loss for places we’d rather be. More often than not we’ll plan to take that time to work on a special project here at home. Maybe we’ll go out for dinner – just to celebrate the vacation.

As a confirmed hermit, I can totally understand a) being where you are happy and b) not wanting to leave it. So glad you have that place to be!

Doesn’t it? I had to laugh at the outside view of the Illuminarium. It look very alien, spacey, too.
